MULTICULTURAL FESTIVAL – CELEBRATE DIVERSITY!

Mare Island Technology Academy serves a diverse student population reflective of the Vallejo which has been named one of the most diverse cities in America. Our annual Multicultural Festival celebrates the strength and beauty of our diversity. Staff, parents, students and community partners showcase their cultural heritage to foster inclusivity, understanding, and appreciation of our differences and commonalities.

All proceeds raised by each event table or booth benefit the students to fund dances, field trips, and special events to enrich the Mare Island Technology Academy campus life. Please support our Associated Student Body (ASB) by hosting a table or booth. Here are some ideas on how you can participate:

Performances of music and dance
Demonstrations showcasing cultural traditions
Display of artwork and cultural artifacts
Samples of culinary cuisines from around the world
School club fundraiser
