Before & After School Program

B/ASP Program Coordinator: Elizabeth Garcia, egarcia@mitacademy.org

The Before and the After School Program (B/ASP) is nested in our ACADEMICS page because its primary purpose is to support the academic success of all students by providing a safe and structured time and place for students to get additional support and enrichment activities. The program is funded by ASES and ELOP grants. To comply with grant funding, the following priority will be observed:

  1. First priority: identified foster or homeless youth.
  2. Second priority: Students eligible for free or reduced-price meals. Families are required to complete a meal application.
  3. After the priority window closes and if space allows, all other students will be invited to participate.

Our goal is to serve all students.
