Enrollment & Registration

As a public charter school, an enrollment lottery applies if there are more applicants than space on the last day of February each year.

Mare Island Technology Academy is accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year. Applicants are placed on a waitlist once the school has reached the following baseline capacity:

6^th Grade: 84 students

7^th Grade: 112 students

8^th Grade: 84 students

THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS TO ENROLL/REGISTER A STUDENT.

OPTION 1: PICK UP A REGISTRATION PACKET FROM THE SCHOOL OFFICE.

1. Pick up the registration packet from the school office.

2. Fill out the forms.

3. Submit completed forms and required documentation to the school office.

OPTION 2: DOWNLOAD FILLABLE PDFs.

1. Download, fill, and save the fillable PDF forms.

2. After completing the packet, save it on your computer.

3. Print the completed forms and bring them to the school office. Or, you may attach it to an email and send it to enroll@gtaschools.org. Please include the required documentation.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT/REGISTRATION:

1) Student birth certificate 

2) Student immunization record

3) Parent Photo ID 

• Current CA Driver’s License
• Current CA State ID card
• Military ID/Orders

4) Residency Document

• Utility bill
